Studio Policies

No one under the age of 18 years old of age is permitted inside studio with out parental consent.

Clients must have valid identification at time of service to get tattooed. If you show up to your appointment with out valid identification you will have to reschedule and a reschedule fee of $75 will apply.

If you are feeling ill please reschedule your appointment! If you come into the studio and you are obviously not well you will have to reschedule your appointment and the $75 rescheduling fee will apply.

Securing appointment

A deposit of $100 is required to book and secure every new cosmetic tattoo appointment. The deposit is to ensure that your date and time is secure. Deposit amount will be deducted from total cost of your session, with remainder paid at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable.

When booking your appointment online a card must be put on file to book. Your card will not be charged at this time.

Rescheduling/late fees

I require more than 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48hrs of scheduled time, rescheduling fee of $75 will apply.

You may transfer a deposit one time and one time only.

If you cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking deposit.

No call no shows will result in a fee of the FULL amount of the service that is being provided. If you want to book again an additional deposit is required to book. This goes for both cosmetic tattooing services and all other services.

Deposits are non-refundable

If you arrive more than 15 min late to your appointment you will need to be reschedule and the $75 rescheduling fee will apply. This is in consideration for the timed appointments after you. Please be respectful of my time as I am of yours.

Healing

Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at minimal charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

All other services:

When booking any service your card must be on-file, your card will not be charged at this time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will have to reschedule your appointment and are charged for half of your service. This is in consideration for the timed appointments after you.

This is agreed upon when booking your appointment. The reason for this being is because I do not have enough time to fill this spot.

If you no call/no show you will be charged 100% of your service. If card is not up to date when service is to be charged you will be banned from booking with Cosmetics by Shey.
